What a bad day does to someone like me. They hurt and they are sore. But I deserve it.
The bath scolds her body
She breathes and takes it in
She lays the blade on her leg
And gently, it pierces the skin.
She feels no pain as she slices away
She’s trying to forget her mess
But it doesn’t work, she’s crying out
For someone to ease the stress.
The demons speak loudly in her head
Trying to keep her down
Stop. No more, she’s had enough
It’s time for her to drown.
